1. Delivery/shipping of subscription products

Time, Means, Place of Receipt/Delivery

The delivery time of your order is determined by its finalisation as well as the order confirmation e-mail received upon its completion.

a) We use a partner transportation company, UPS for international deliveries (only within the EU) and ELTA porta-porta for deliveries in Greece. Our company and its partners take all necessary steps to ensure the timely delivery of the order to the buyer based on the basic delivery schedule of each transportation company. We cannot guarantee neither the arrival time nor the exact delivery time of the ordered goods, as it depends entirely on the transportation companies that we collaborate with. Our company is not accountable for any delays caused by force majeure or unexpected events or events beyond its control. In the event of any delay, our company will make every possible effort to contact you by mail. Our company is responsible for the proper delivery of your order to the carrier, and, from that point on, the liability lies with the buyer subject to article 524 AK. The transportation cost is defined by the pricing policy of each transportation company, which is solely responsible for shipping charges and which may alter the relevant prices at any time. MonthlyFlavors is not liable for any such pricing change.

b) Failed/missed delivery.

Our partner courier will usually try to deliver your parcel three times. After the third attempt, they either will hold the package for five days (unless the recipient contacts the courier to make arrangements for rescheduling delivery), or the package will be sent to the nearest Access Point. The recipient will receive a call and/or email indicating the nearest pickup location. The UPS Store and other UPS Access Point locations can hold recipients’ packages for up to seven calendar days at no additional charge. Customer centers can hold recipients’ packages for up to five business days. If all attempts fail and the allowed storage time limit is exhausted, the parcel will be delivered back to MonthlyFlavors offices. In this case you shall solely bear the immediate cost of returning the product.

 

2. WITHDRAWAL

2Α. DELIVERY IN GREECE

You have the right to return your order in whole or in part within a time-limit of 14 days from the date you received it, without bearing any obligation to inform us of the reason for a return of your order.
In the case of delivery in Greece undertakes to cover the cost of the product return through ELTA porta-porta courier service. If you choose to return the product via another courier service you shall be charged with the cost of the return.

In order to perform your right of withdrawal, you need notify us by email. You should return the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, that is to say without breaking the seal of the package and by confirming that the special signs of the product have not been removed. Return shall be accepted solely upon approval on behalf of the company.

In case of a return of a product, and depending on both the method you chose to pay your order and the way such product would be returned, refund of payment shall be concluded within 8 days from the date we shall receive the product. When you send us back a product, our company will receive it within 1-2 working days. In case you choose another courier service we cannot guarantee any delivery times regarding the products you return to us. When we receive the returned product, we will immediately process your request and notify you via e-mail about the processing of said request. In an attempt to provide the best possible customer service.

 

2B. DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF GREECE

You have the right to return your order in whole or in part within a time-limit of 14 days from the date you received it, without bearing any obligation to inform us of the reason for a return of your order. In this case you shall solely bear the immediate cost of returning the product. You have the right to return your order in whole within a time-limit of 10 working days from the date you received it, without bearing any obligation to inform us of the reason for a return of your order. In this case you shall solely bear the immediate cost of returning the product.

You should return the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, that is to say without breaking the seal of the package and by confirming that the special signs of the product have not been removed. Return shall be accepted solely upon approval on behalf of the company.

In case of a return of a product, and depending on both the method you chose to pay your order and the way such product would be returned, refund of payment shall be concluded within 8 days from the date we shall receive the product. If customers wish to return an order where it is not the company’s fault, then they shall bear the relevant courier cost. When you send us back a product, our company will receive it within 5-10 working days, for returns outside Greece via UPS couriers. In case you choose another courier service we cannot guarantee any delivery times regarding the products you return to us. When we receive the returned product, we will immediately process your request and notify you via e-mail about the processing.

For your own convenience, it is recommended to check carefully your order upon delivery and the condition of the sold product, as well as to check if product’s package is intact so as to detect any apparent faults. In case a fault is detected in a returned product during quality control, the company undertakes to contact consumers in order to resolve the issue.
