The Black Sheep, an eccentric name for a product that stresses out its diversity and particularity. It is produced at the Mackedon Winery at Platanotopos, Kavala, while the vineyards are found in a small distance. The Black Sheep white wine is made from the varieties Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc in a pleasant combination of flavors and aromas.

Vinification:

Fermentation at low temperature in order to maximise the extraction of primary aromas. Short maturation with the fine lees.

Ageing Potential:
