Pale lemon color. Pronounced aromas of lime, litchi, grapefruit, peach, nectarine, with some notes of grass. Pleasant acidity, medium body with the flavours following the aromas of the nose with a pleasant aftertaste.

The Black Sheep, an eccentric name for a product that stresses out its diversity and particularity. It is produced at the Mackedon Winery at Platanotopos, Kavala, while the vineyards are found in a small distance. The Black Sheep white wine is made from the varieties Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc in a pleasant combination of flavors and aromas.
Sauvignon Blanc 60%, Semillon 40%
Fermentation at low temperature in order to maximise the extraction of primary aromas. Short maturation with the fine lees.
Will respond to aging for up to 2-3 years after harvest.
Salads, lean white meat and pasta with light sauces.
