The pre-fermentation extraction (skin contact) method is applied for three days. The wine then follows a classic red wine vinification and matures for 4-6 months in stainless tanks with oak chips.
Will respond to aging for 5 years after harvest.
Red meat, spicy cheese and refreshing green salads.
