The company Agria Melissa (wild bee) transfers its honeybees to the pine forests of Thassos, Chalkidiki and Evia and collects honey with a fine taste, rich in trace elements and amino acids. Pine tree is not too sweet, because it comes from a coniferous tree, which has a lower sugar content. So it does not crystallize quickly. It is rich in calcium, magnesium, iron and zinc.
