Ktima Voyatzi Organic (750mL)
The Voyatzis family enjoys a long heritage as wine merchants, documented since the early 20th century, when large quantities of wine from the Velvento area were transported for sale at the then developing town of Katerini, where the family settled, running a wine-cellar and ouzo-house until 1922.

Xinomavro, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon.
Vinification:
Each variety is vinified separately in a “classic” way. After the end of alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wines are transferred in oak barrels for a year, during which they are racked and blended according to their evolution.
