It has a rich aroma, spicy and fruity flavor and it is a product of the highest quality.

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Olive oil is a liquid fat obtained from olives. A traditional tree crop of the Mediterranean Basin, produced by pressing whole olives and extracting the oil.
This is the most common vegetable oil.
Karoumpalis' family has been acting in production since the year 1960. That year, in the village Lykotrafo Messinia, 15 km from Kalamata.
Dimitris Karoumbalis founded the first traditional oil processing factory with presses.
Avant-garde for his time, relying on his large family and especially to his sons Anthony and George.
They began the production of olive oil. A process extremely difficult and exhausting.
Of course, the means of that time was primitive, taking into account, that there was no water supply or electricity. So they had to use generators. Since then many things have changed.
The increase of the production combined with the revolution in new technologies, led the family, motivated by a passion for perfection but always with respect to the tradition.
