Chickpeas with onions & carrots in lemon sauce – Palirria

Chickpeas are masterly cooked with onions and carrots in lemon sauce to give you a creamy dish of pulses. The recipe is inspired by a famous traditional dish of Greek islands and is a real delicacy.



Chickpeas (cooked) 56,5%, lemon sauce 40% (onions 15%, soya oil, water, lemon juice, olive oil, corn starch, salt, sugar, garlic, vegetable broth, parsley, black pepper, cumin, thyme, acid: citric acid, bayleaf), carrots 3,5%.
