Agiorgitiko Three Hills (750mL) – Kokotos, Dry Red Wine
Bright ruby color. Rich aromatic profile with aromas of red fruits on the nose and on the palate, supple tannins and fruity aftertaste.
Serve with a wide selection of everyday dishes, grilled red meat, yellow cheeses. Serve at 15-16°C. Suitable for vegans.
Vinification: Grapes are picked by hand in small crates which are then placed in cold storage overnight. Grapes are then de-stemmed and put in the vinificator. Extraction lasts for approximately 5-6 days. Alcoholic fermentation is completed in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature of 18-20°C and lasts for approximately 15 days.
Tasting Notes: Appealing red color. Pleasant fruity character with a bouquet of red fruit with floral notes. Well balanced in the mouth with supple tannins and a fruity aftertaste.
Food Pairing: Makes a perfect match for white or red meat cooked in the oven, yellow cheese and sausages. Serve at: 16°C.
