PITA BREAD STUFFED WITH OCTOPUS AND TARAMA

Ingredients:
1 can of TRATA octopus in brine
2 pita breads cut in half
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons of taramosalata
10 cherry tomatoes cut in half
10 radishes cut in half
Fresh lettuce
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 lemon
Dried oregano
Preparation:
Prepare the pita bread. Sprinkle it with a little water and broil or toast. They should become soft and not dry up. Mix the olive oil and lemon juice together in a bowl. Add the cherry tomatoes, radishes, oregano, octopus, and mix together. When the bread is ready, remove it from the oven and spread the taramosalata onto it. Turn it into a cone shape with your fingers and keep it in this shape using a toothpick. Fill each cone with the mixture. Serve with fresh lettuce.
