When will I be billed?
As soon as you sign up we will try to charge your credit card or Paypal account. Every two months after that day we will try to charge you & place an order. Once we receive the payment we will send you a receipt and we will ship your product.
Can I cancel my subscription?
We highly doubt that you will stop craving for our products but in case you do you can cancel anytime simply by logging into your MonthlyFlavors account and click on the cancel my account button. After that, we will not charge your card from this point forward. Once your cancellation succeeds, you will receive an email confirming the action. We recommend that you cancel your subscription 10 days prior to your next subscription charge. We ask that you do this to ensure that your subscription is canceled before your next box is processed. We cannot stop shipment once an order has been processed. We will be really sorry to see you go!
Can I return and get a refund for my subscription box or products within the box?
Unfortunately, we are not able to refund boxes or products within the box. All payments are non-refundable. MonthlyFlavors Box, subscription and products within the box are non-returnable. If you are dissatisfied with our service or products for any reason, please feel free to contact our Customer Service.
Is my payment information secure?
We trust our electronic payments to Braintree, one of the most reputable electronic payment providers in the world. Credit card numbers, expiration dates and CCV/CVV2 numbers are all transmitted safely over a secured communication channel directly from your web browser to trusted Braintree infrastructure for processing. They only thing we know is if your payment was successful or not, so that we can ship your box.
When will I receive my box?
You will receive your box 5-10 days after the successful charge of your credit card or PayPal account. You can expect to receive your package around the same time each second month. Please understand that weather and holidays can affect shipping times. * Please note you may be charged a day earlier or later from time to time to accommodate shipping schedules and to ensure your box is processed as quickly as possible.*
How do I update my address & payment info?
New apartment? Stolen credit card? No problem!
Log in into your MonthlyFlavors account and go to my Account. You can change your address and/or update your credit card details anytime you want, however we recommend that you make changes to your subscription 10 days prior to your next re-bill date. We ask that you do this to ensure that your subscription information changed before your next box is processed. We cannot alter shipment details once an order has been processed.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all forms of major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and also PayPal.
I am allergic to some products, now what?
Unfortunately MonthlyFlavors doesn’t offer customized boxes at this point. You are responsible for consuming responsible the products we are shipping to you.
In which countries do you send the products?
We send packages with delicious Greek products within the European Union (EU) to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom (UK)
