Baked feta with rosemary and oregano
Ingredients for baked feta:
- 1 pound or ½ kg block Greek feta
- Black and white sesame
- Rosemary ( fresh or dried )
- Oregano ( fresh or dried )
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
- Extra virgin olive oil
Preheat oven to 400ºF ( 200 °C ).
Place the block of feta in the middle of an baking dish.
Drizzle with the oil, add the rosemary, oregano, the black & white sesame and the paprika.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese has softened and melted.
Hint: This dish is best served hot, warm, or room temperature.
