1) EVERYDAY PILAF WITH SPICES AND HERBS (SERRES)
Archaeological evidence supports that rice has been cultivated and produced since 5.000 B.C. Rice is rich in complex carbohydrates, protein, vitamins and other minerals. It is easily digestible; it does not cause allergies because it does not contain gluten, which is a cause of celiac disease. Its gastronomic applications are endless. The rice varieties of Agrimon come from the wet and salted plains of Serres, a region that has traditionally produced rice thanks to the ideal weather and soil conditions, cold waters and hot, wet atmosphere. This pilaf is enriched with several herbs and spices, making it ideal for many dishes of your everyday cooking.
2) NATURAL SEA SALT FLAKES (THESSALONIKI)
Sea salt not only enhances the tastes and aromas of our food, but it also contains useful elements such as calcium, potassium and magnesium. This pure sea salt from Messolonghi, the famous salt producing area of Greece is soft, crunchy and naturally pyramid-shaped, the ideal complement to your culinary creations. You can use it both during cooking or as table salt. Just crush it gently between your fingertips and sprinkle it over meat, fish, chicken, pasta vegetables or salads.

4) METEORO GRAPE MARC SPIRIT (THESSALY)
“Tsipouro” in Greek, it is Greece’s most popular spirit alongside ouzo and it dates back to the 14th century, when monks at Mount Athos first made it. Meteoro is produced only from classified muscat grape marc that are finely processed in modern stills. It is served in shot glasses and it can be both an aperitif and a digestif. It usually accompanies various mezedes, small sampling dishes, that can be either as simple as vegetables, cheese and olives, or more complicated like stuffed vegetables and cured meat or fish. Some like their tsipouro with ice or with a little water.

High quality Cretan oregano and thyme, pepper, mustard, chili and salt at the right proportions will give great taste to your potatoes and to all the dishes they garnish.
