Wheat flour, sunflower seeds (25%), wholegrain wheat flour (17%), vegetable oil (palm oil), sesame (4.5%), linseed (4%), salt and black sesame seeds (1.5%).
Sugar, glucose syrup, maltodextrin, wheat gluten, rye malt flour, barley malt flour, emulsifier, yeast and raising agents (monopotassium tartrate, sodium hydrogen carbonate).

The product may contain traces of milk, nuts, soy, egg.
