Cous-cous Dinkel 500g – Agrozimi
Tracing back to the mediterranean courtyards, where women patiently rolled the dough into small pellets day after day. This tradition remains alive in Sardinia, where they make a type of pasta by the name of fregola (strawberry). In Agrozimi they make these delicious strawberries out of dinkel flour, and we suggest that you taste them without adding anything else, in order to understand their great taste. You can add two spoonfuls of couscous to your Greek salad to make it more robust and tasteful, you can cook it with vegetables or have it with green salad, as a full dietary meal.
