HISTORY
- Alchemy wine is a wine produced in the context of openness and social contribution of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), through the Center for Excellence with the scope “Agrofood and Food Authenticity”, under the scientific supervision of Associate Professor Charalampos Proestos.
- The vinification of Alchemy was conducted with contemporary methods aiming at promoting the properties of this fine variety as well as the region of origin.
- Its quality has been controlled and certified from the Analytical Chemistry & Food Chemistry Laboratories of the Chemistry Department of the NKUA.
Alchemy Moschofilero
Organoleptic Properties
- Alchemy Wine Moschofilero features a white yellow color with green tints
- A magnificent white dry wine from the aromatic and fine Moschofilero grape variety.
- It has a pleasant aroma that combines characters of citrus fruits and flowers accompanied by notes of exotic fruits
