1) ORZO FROM DINKEL FLOUR (GIANNITSA)

Delicious, healthy pasta made from dinkel flour, an archetype of today’s flour, which is much more easily digested because the gluten it contains consists of more water-soluble vitamins. It contains up to 25% more protein than common varieties of flour, it is high in iron, magnesium, zinc, vitamins B1, B2 and nutritious fatty acids. The procedure of making dinkel pasta is long and slow, but it is also a creative feast for a premium quality result. It is fermented without adding salt and it is dried at low temperatures, to maintain the unique flavor of dinkel and all its nutritives.

Our selected sardines are fished in the North Aegean Sea near the area of Mount Athos and their processing takes place while they are still ​​fresh. The sardines of this region are known for their excellent taste, due to the percentage of salt in the water and the rich depths of this crystal water sea, where the fish lives. Sardines are high in omega-3 fatty acids, which reduce bad cholesterol in the blood. Therefore sardines are considered to be one of the healthiest fish. Combined with the wonderful organic olive oil, they have a unique, wonderful taste that you will definitely enjoy.

4) CRISPS WITH OLIVE OIL, FETA CHEESE AND SUN DRIED TOMATO (CRETE)

The Tsatsakis family has created the new ‘Baking Stories’ series which is inspired by Minoan Crete cuisine (2,500 BC). Their recipes combine tradition with the natural ingredients that are generously offered by the Cretan land.
